Customers can check the "Cash Reward" balance from the account page in the app under the "My POCKET" option.

For transactions where Cash Reward is allowed (mobile recharge, make payment, pay bill etc.), balance will be consumed from the Cash Reward wallet first and then from other wallets as per sequence.
