LINKED ACCOUNT

Are you weary of the constant PIN and OTP entry? Utilize your accessible bank account to effortlessly transfer funds to your POCKET account. Once you've connected your bank account (Available option in your wallet), there's no need to repeatedly input your PIN or generate OTPs. A couple of clicks are all it takes to move your money.

1.      Log in to the POCKET App and tap on “Add Money” from the home screen.

2.      Select “Bank to POCKET”

3.      Tap on “Add New Bank Account”

4.      Select your bank from the list.

5.      Enter your bank account number and account name.

6.      Enter the OTP received via SMS into the OTP input box and select “Submit”.

       The customer’s bank account will be linked with POCKET.

ADD MONEY TO YOUR POCKET ACCOUNT FROM THE OFFERED BANK ACCOUNT

‘POCKET’ has brought the “Bank to POCKET” Add Money feature. From now on, Bank Account holders can “Add Money” to any ‘POCKET’ Account without any charge whenever they want.

1.     Log in to the POCKET app and tap on “Add Money” from the home screen.

2.     Select “Bank to POCKET”.

3.     Select a saved bank account from the list.

4.     Select your POCKET Account or other POCKET account & enter the amount.   Then tap on the “Proceed” button.

5.     Confirm the fees and Transaction.

6.     Enter the OTP received via SMS into the OTP input box and select “Submit”.

The customer will be able to successfully add money from the bank account to the POCKET Account.

ADD MONEY TO YOUR POCKET ACCOUNT FROM ANY VISA/MASTERCARD

You now have the option to deposit funds into your POCKET Account using Visa/MasterCard issued by any local bank. This service is completely free of charge. Furthermore, after your initial deposit, you can save the card information to enable faster transactions in the future.

1.      Log in to the POCKET App and tap on “Add Money” from the home screen.

2.      Select “Card”

3.      Select Visa or MasterCard.

4.      Enter the amount and select your POCKET Account or Others POCKET Account. If another POCKET Account is chosen, the user has to enter the POCKET Account number of the receiver. 

     The user has to provide the following information:

 Cardholder’s Name

 Card Number

 CVN

 Expiry Date

5.      Enter OTP and select “Submit”.

FUND TRANSFER TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT FROM POCKET ACCOUNT

Do you require a hassle-free way to send money to your bank account on a holiday when the bank is inaccessible? Worry no more! With the POCKET app, you can effortlessly transfer funds to your preferred available bank account at any time and from anywhere.

1.      Log in to the POCKET App.

2.      Select the "Transfer" option from the Home Screen.

3.      Select the Bank Account from the Saved Account List or select “Add New Bank Account”.

4.      Enter the amount to transfer.

5.      Enter the PIN and select “Confirm”.

SEND MONEY

Send money to any POCKET number with only a few clicks. Now, you can send money easily through the POCKET App without any worry. Also, no need to worry about cash-out charges.

1.      Log in to the POCKET App and tap on “Send Money” from the home screen.

2.      Select the receiver from the contact list or enter the receiver's phone number manually or scan the receiver’s QR code.

3.      Enter the amount that’s to be sent and select proceed.

4.      Enter the PIN and Confirm the transaction.

MOBILE RECHARGE

Your mobile recharge is now just a few clicks away with POCKET. Enjoy endless conversations with your loved ones without the worry of running out of balance. You can recharge your phone at any time, whether it's for prepaid or postpaid airtime, internet data, bundle packages, and more. Furthermore, in addition to recharging your preferred amount, you can also conveniently purchase popular packs directly from the POCKET app with just a few taps.

1.      Log in to the POCKET App and select the “Recharge” option from the Home Screen.

2.      Select the Mobile Number from the contact list or enter the Mobile Number.

3.      Select the Mobile Network Operator and SIM type (Prepaid or Postpaid).

4.      Enter the desired amount for mobile recharge and press on proceed.

5.      Enter the PIN and Confirm the transaction.

MERCHANT PAYMENT

It's a dependable, lightning-fast, and secure way to handle your transactions.

A.    STORE MERCHANT PAYMENT

1.      Log in to the POCKET App and tap on “Payment” from the home screen

2.      The user can manually input the merchant's Mobile Number or choose “Scan QR”.

3.       If "Scan QR" is selected, the camera will open. The user has to scan the Merchant's QR   Code.

4.      The user checks the details and enters the transaction amount and PIN. Then select confirm.

      B.    ONLINE MERCHANT PAYMENT

Browsing through the online shop and checking out? Now you can use your POCKET account and enjoy online shopping with all the major online pages in Bangladesh, only if you have the POCKET app.

1.      Select your desired product from a merchant app or website.

2.      Select POCKET from payment option

3.      Enter your POCKET Account Number

4.      Enter OTP for verification

5.      Enter your POCKET PIN and click on confirm

6.      Your payment is complete! You will receive a payment confirmation notification from POCKET.

UTILITY BILL PAYMENT

Enjoy the convenience of paying your utility bills through POCKET. Pay your Electricity, Water, Gas, Telephone bills and many more through POCKET instantly and get digital receipts.

1.      Open the POCKET App and tap on “Utility Pay” from the home screen

2.      Select the biller from the list. The search option is available here.

3.      The user has to input the data for the corresponding fields and proceed.

4.      Enter the amount, PIN and Proceed with the transaction.

REQUEST MONEY

Use our E-Wallet Request Money feature to easily request funds from friends, family or contacts. Now you do not have to worry about Agent, Personal or Merchant Number. With the Request Money feature, you can easily ask for money from any POCKET number.

1.      Log in to the POCKET App and tap on “Request” from the home screen.

2.      Tap on the “New Request” button.

3.      Select the receiver of the requested money from the contact list or enter the receiver's phone number manually or select "Scan QR”.

4.      If the user selects "Scan QR", the camera will open. The user has to scan the QR Code of the person he or she wants to request to.

5.      Enter the requested money amount and PIN.

6.      Select “Request”.

7.      The receiver of the request money taps on the “Request” button from the POCKET home screen.

8.      The receiver of the requested money selects “Accept” or “Reject”.

9.      The receiver of the requested money enters the PIN.

10.   The receiver of the requested money selects “Confirm”.
